We hold huge amounts of stock at our warehouse in Worthing and our satellite warehouses around the UK, so normally we will be able to despatch orders to you either same day or on the next working day. If there is going to be a delay of more than one week we will inform you by email with a revised delivery date, you will have the opportunity to cancel and refund your order if delivery times are unacceptable to you.
Unfortunately some items we sell are too bulky or specialised for our normal couriers to handle so we have to arrange delivery direct from manufacturers, in this case, controlling the exact delivery day is impossible for us.
If you require an urgent overnight or Saturday delivery there will be an additional charge which you can select on checkout.
You are always very welcome to collect items directly from our warehouse or we can make local deliveries in an emergency.
